The Centre "Living Upright" is a local nongovernmental organisation established in 2002 and based in Novi Sad.
The organisation was created following a project of psychosocial counselling for persons with disabilities implemented from 2000 to 2002 by the French humanitarian association Handicap International (www.handicap-international.org).
