Within the framework of implementation of the project "Accessibiity and Tourism" and in cooperation with the South Backa Administrative District and the Institute for Social Protection of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, work was initiated to establish cooperation with the representatives of the 12 municipalities of the South Backa District.

The initial meeting was held on 19 November, 2008, in the premises of the South Backa District in Novi Sad. In addition to establishing cooperation, the main goal of the meeting, which was attended by 20 representatives of 10 municipalities, was to introduce the project activities and to increase the level of information on the accessibility concept.

As a continuation, it was agreed that the project implementation team members would visit during December, 2008 all the municipalities of the South Backa District in order to increase their level of information on the concept and principles of accessibility.
